Élisabeth Guigou
Élisabeth Guigou serves as Chair of the Foreign Affairs Committee in the French National Assembly. She is also President of the Anna Lindh Foundation. She studied Literature and Economics before entering and graduating from the prestigious École Nationale d’Administration. She served as an Adviser to the French President, François Mitterrand. She served in the governments of Michel Rocard, Edith Cresson, Pierre Beregovoy and Lionel Jospin as Minister for European Affairs (1990-1993), Minister of Justice (1997-2000) and Minister of Employment and Solidarity (2000-2002).
