The IISS Manama Dialogue is an annual forum organized by the International Institute for Strategic Studies (IISS), which focuses on the regional security challenges in the Gulf. It includes governmental delegations from over 20 countries and non-regional powers with security interests in the region. Its aim is to provide a platform for the exchange of ideas in the region in order to advance policy goals.
